  • Bianca Baribeau

    Instructor

Bianca was born and raised in San Diego. She played club soccer throughout her life and after high school , to stay in shape, was looking for an alternative to boring gyms and discovered Pilates! Pilates quickly became her passion because it is an all-encompassing exercise; it’s a total body workout while also connecting the mind and body and it never gets boring because no class is ever the same. She was teaching soccer at the time and thought it might be a good transition to become a Pilates instructor and by 2014 began her teacher training. Being a Pilates instructor is rewarding because people always leave feeling better than when they came in; not only is it a great workout, it’s a stress reliever! In her off-time, she enjoys playing with her dog-child, Porter, at the beach and loves being a foodie with her boyfriend.

  • Marie Wittmann

    Instructor

Marie instantaneously fell in love with Pilates when she tried a Reformer class when Club Pilates La Mesa first opened! Because Pilates was extremely beneficial for her ...right from the beginning, she decided to take the Teacher Training through Club Pilates in order to be able to share her new passion with as many people as possible. Marie was so eager to become an Instructor that she completed her 500-hour program within only a couple months! After teaching more than 7,000 hours, Marie still loves teaching group classes, and is always eager to share her knowledge with as many people as possible. She always wants to keep increasing her own knowledge and learning new things: she has extensive knowledge of group apparatus-based exercises as well as training men; she holds an Advance Education ‘Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies’ Certification through Body Arts and Science International (BASI); she has completed a course for Programming Pilates for Children and Teenagers through the Pilates Method Alliance, and followed an Athletic Reformer Training with Pilates Superstar Courtney Miller. Marie is a Master Trainer with Club Pilates, who helps with Continuing Education and Training the next generation of instructors. Marie LOVES teaching Pilates to EVERYbody, and you will notice it instantly! She will walk you through safe, challenging workouts in a fun yet professional manner. She is always happy to help you make every single exercise successful, and you will leave her class cheerful and feeling strong, ready for more Pilates!

  • Megan Hughes

    Owner

Megan joined Club Pilates as a client in 2010. She was immediately hooked. She loved the mobility and increased flexibility she felt in her body. She shared her love of Pilates with her Mom who has suffered chronic hip problems. Her Mom felt relief from the hip pain for the first time in many years. Megan wanted to share this relief from pain, increased balance, strength and flexibility with everyone! She enrolled in teacher training in 2014 and has loved every minute of it! As the owner of Club Pilates Bankers Hill and Club Pilates Granite Hills, she is honored to be able to help make Pilates accessible to everyone! Favorite Pilates exercise: supine arms! It makes me feel strong!

Our Lead Instructor, Stevie Pacheco, has utilizing Pilates as her fitness training foundation since 2014. With a passion for movement, she also trains in yoga, rock climbing, strength training, and acro-balancing. Pilates provides her with the knowledge for protection in form, joint stabilization and brings core focus to all her activities. • Tuzdae Rosenbach

    Instructor

I was born and raised in San Diego County. I discovered Pilates in 2015 and have been beyond passionate about it ever since. I moved to the Bay Area in 2016, and enrolled in the Teacher Training program in April 2017. I moved back to San Diego shortly after. My passion has been steadily growing throughout the years, and now I'm overjoyed to have the ability to share my experiences with my clients and help them establish and flourish in their mind - body connection.

  • Cheri Hoolihan

    Instructor

After taking some Pilates reformer classes, Cheri was sold. It was the first time in a LONG time that her chronic hip pain was relieved. She joined her local studio and continued to deepen her practice. Often times in class she’d think to herself… how cool it would be to teach Pilates. In 2017, she stopped thinking about it, took action, and enrolled in Club Pilates Teacher Training. Cheri has her Masters of Public Health, is a Certified Health Coach and has worked in the health and wellness field for over 20 years. She also works at Sharp HealthCare in the Center for Health Management and is an Adjunct Faculty member at National University. She’s loving her Pilates journey and loves to share the amazing benefits of a regular Pilates practice with others.

  • Lauren Terrell

    Instructor

Lauren was born and raised in Sacramento, California. After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre, she landed in sunny San Diego, where her boyfriend (and soon to be husband) grew up. After earning her teaching credential, Lauren taught middle school English for 10 years. She is the mother of three rambunctious daughters that keep her on her toes daily. The second pregnancy for Lauren proved to be challenging. She suffered extremely uncomfortable and often debilitating back pain. After her mother introduced her to Pilates, she fell in love. It was the ability to continue her practice throughout her third pregnancy that truly sold her on the power of Pilates! The exercises, paired with the proper pregnancy modifications, eliminated her back pain, ultimately allowing her to chase her two toddlers more easily. It was then that she decided to venture on a new path, eager to pursue her newfound passion by becoming an instructor. She jumped into the Club Pilates 500 comprehensive certification a mere two months after her third baby was born. For Lauren, Pilates creates a overall wellness connecting her mind, body, and soul. She is anxious to promote the same feeling in her clients and help them achieve their overall fitness and wellness goals. Outside of the studio, she enjoys reading, writing, painting, cooking, stockpiling sleep when possible, and binge-watching the latest Netflix show after her kids go to bed (while sipping on an adult beverage of course).

  • Rhonda Kirwan

    Instructor

Rhonda LOVES Pilates! She’s a wife, a mom, a cross country coach and now a Pilates instructor and loves every minute of it. Her approach to her classes is from a coach perspective. She motivates, inspires and challenges the bodies in the room to give more than the little voices inside their heads allow them to. She knows, from experience, that many times a simple workout becomes difficult because we tell ourselves that it is. Yet, when we quiet those voices and allow our bodies to do what they can do, we amaze ourselves by our strength, our resilience and our God-given talents. She encourages everyone to step outside their comfort zone and experience life with anticipation and great expectations! And, of course, it'll be super fun! Rhonda looks forward to seeing you in her next class.
